Movies and TV shows not playing on any app

Server Version#: 3.95.2 on Windows 10 Home, Intel Core i5-3570, 16GB RAM
Player Version#: 2.012 on Samsung UA65JU7000 J-Series 2015 Smart TV
and Player Version#: 3.13.21 on Panasonic TH-43EX600A

I installed Plex a few days ago and it has been working great. However, since yesterday we can’t get any of our libraries to play on our Samsung J-Series 2015 Smart TV or our Panasonic EX600 Smart TV.
The libraries are available to view on both TVs. However, when we select and start playing a movie on the Samsung we only get the movie or TV show background with the “loading” circle. Some movies play the sound but still no picture.
On the Panasonic, when we select the TV show or movie we just get a black screen.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Opened app
  2. Navigated to movie library
  3. Select any movie
  4. Press play

Expected: Movie should play
Actual: See movie background only with status circle. Movie sound playing.

I have pics to upload but can’t see how to do that sorry.
