I am running Plex Server on a My Cloud Home connected to my router. I had to reset it the other day, but when scanning my files only my TV Shows are added to my library.
When scanning the movie directory I can actively see that my movies are being scanned.
However, when the scan is complete, none of my movie files have been added to my library.
The directory is structured as following:
Plex/Shared Movies/*movie name*/*movie file*
Plex/Shared TV Shows/*show name*/*season x*/*[episode 1...n]*
No issues adding to TV Shows library, but Movie library remains empty. Tried adding movie to Plex/Shared Home Videos, and it popped up in my library, but with no metadata.
Already tried moving files, emptying trash, cleaning bundles, renaming and rescanning - to no avail. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
