Plex not scanning new Movies

I have Plex Server running in OMV Docker and I have a Library of Movies reagularly showing up.
When I add new movies they won’t show up on the Library, I did try rescan, analyze, empty trash. Nothing.
If I do: add Library and select the specific folder of a New Movie, the Library scans the movie and add it to the new Movie Library. Excluding this way: error in naming, corrupted file
What’s wrong with my system?
