Movies jumping backwards and play the same scene again

Hello,
i have the following probllem with my apple tv, movies jumping back for 1 to 3minutes and start playing the scene again which was played 1 or 3 minutes ago and i have to watch this time again .
This happens serveral times with different patterns, also completly random.

I hope someone can help me =(
