Weird jumping at end of movie/can’t rewind or ff

I have 2 weird problems with the Appletv player. I think they’re related.

  1. When a movie or tv show ends, the player will jump to random point somewhere in the middle of the program or movie and continue playing to end. It will then happen again, but the point it jumps to will be different.

  2. If I try to rewind or ff, instead of going to the time code i stop at, it will jump to a random point nearby. If i try it again, it will jump farther. This also happens if i try to select a chapter.’
