After watching a film or TV show, library view scrolls up to top

Hi,

When I have been watching either a film or TV show and then return to the library view, by pressing the menu button. The library shoots straight back to the top of the library this seems to happen every time I have watched anything fully, and to be honest it gets very annoying especially if I want to continue looking through my library where I was. This only happens on my Apple TV its a fourth generation non 4k version.
