Movies keep stopping

I think my problem might be my network setup but I'm not sure so I will outline how my AppleTV accesses PlexConnect.

I have PMS running on my main computer on one side of my home. Both my computer and my NAS (LaCie Network Space 2 which is storing my files) are plugged into a Netgear AC1900 router. In turn that is plugged into a Western Digital Powerline Adapter. On the other side of the home is another WD powerline adapter which has a Linksys E3200 wireless router plugged into it. The AppleTV is receiving a wireless signal from that second router. Netflix and other services are working fine, but most movies that I watch through the trailers app seem to work for a few minutes then pause and resume after about a minute or so. This seems to happen with both regular movies and home videos.

ATV3 with latest firmware

DNS server on ATV is set to 192.168.1.4 which is the local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on

PlexConnect and PMS are installed on a Dell XPS8500 running Windows 7 (192.168.1.14)

PMS version 0.9.9.7.429-f80a8d6

PlexConnect downloaded 1/5/14

Probably you need a 2nd pair of powerline adapters, but in order to test if this is the solution, disconnect the Linksys router and connect the aTV to its powerline to see if this solves the problem.

Connecting the ATV to a powerline adapter didn't work. Same issue.

Can you please copy one of the videos that is known to generate problems from LaCie into Dell, include this new folder in PMS, and see if the problem disapears ?
