For awhile I had no issue. Now none of the movies play. Sometimes I get an playback failed error and now it just acts as if the movies is loading while the circle just spins. I’ve read and tried a lot of solutions, but nothing worked. Any one have any other ideas? I attached the log files. Thank you!
P.S. The movies play fine when played directly from the PC; i.e., launching the Windows Media Play or something
