Have just installed plex on my xbox one and this is the error l get when going to play any movie. "An error occurred while attempting to play this video"
I am able to play all movies using media player from the nas, including off the plex media server using media player.
When l return to the plex app, l can see that the movie has been playing in the background.
Any suggestion?
