I’m having a problem with a couple of movies on xbox one. When I play these movies on the xbox everything on the screen is green through the entire movie. I can play the same movies on PC, Phone, or Tablet and it plays perfectly fine. Does anyone know what could cause this problem. Thanks in advance for any help.
What quality are you playing the movie on?
have you tried to play the movie with a lower quality?
In addition, what is the media info for the files that are causing this and what do the logs show during playback of one of these items?
Are the files direct playing, direct streaming, or transcoding?
Are you using the new preview dashboard or the original xbox dashboard?
Thanks for helping but I actually figured it out. It was the file format. The videos was in M2TS h265. I renderd the videos to wmv and they work fine.
