Almost certainly not as PKC is a 3rd party client and absolutely nothing to do with Plex.

Hi First of all thank you for developing PKC. It was so awesome! Just one problem, my internet downstairs sucks to play any decent quality. I tried using force encode and it lags and have sync issues which broke the experience. Will you support “Quality” toggle in the Kodi Leia Settings. The main Plex app has such functionality which helps tremendously with lagging. Thanks again
