As the title says, Movies won’t start only on FireTV Stick 4k. On Browser, Desktop app, Android app, It’s working fine. I follow this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2pNprWbQNI.
Are there any extra steps to do? Please help.
I’m having the same issue with Android TV, where i play the preroll and I have to click the next button to play the movie later, but this does not happen in other platforms like Mobile or Computers. Why is it so???
Exactly, on computer, mobile it works just fine. It’s stopped working since version 8.11.
One thing I also notice that it happens only e on HEVC(H265) files with AAC audio.
Hey BTW have you used PMM for your collections and metadata (like posters and summary)
I dont think so that this is of prime importance to the devs ATM, so will have to wait for this to be relieved
No… I create collection manually.
