Moving from native install to Docker

Any quick advice or suggestions on moving from a native package install to a Docker container?

I currently have Plex running on an NUC PC, i5-6500T. I want to move into a Dockerized environment, along with a slew of other services I’m running. I’m looking for any advice or suggesting on what to look out for in the move.

The i5-6500T does support Quick Sync, so I will be following the instructions there, mounting the relevant /dev device. And I found the configs within /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/.

Should I be using linuxserver/plex or plexinc/pms-docker?

Any other advice? I am a Plex Pass subscriber.

PS: I’m contemplating on putting it behind Traefik or just using host network. Any pros/cons with Traefik?
