Not sure what you are trying to accomplish.
There are 3 locations involved when setting up Plex:
- the location of the Plex program files (leave it at the default location on drive C:, it’ll only use ~160 MB )
- the location of the Plex data folder . This is where all your metadata and the Plex database are stored. It can be moved using this procedure Moving Metadata on Windows
- the location of your media files
Which of the three above are you trying to move?
