I have lost the ability to modify server settings and modify library settings:
So far I have tried:
- Ensuring permissions for the folder I moved have full read/write for the user operating the server
- All regedit changes were spelled correctly
- Verified that the folder that was moved is being written to and the default location is fully deleted and not reappearing
- Drive where the settings and metadata is being stored is NTFS
