Moving Media Issue - help needed±

I am trying to move my Home files from a 2TB external drive to a 4Tb drive. The Plex support article insists “Name the new hard drive to the exact same name as the original drive”. My original drive is named “Backup Media”; so far, so good.

Unfortunately, my brand new Seagate drive will only accept names 12 words long (go figure why; I put it down to sheer stupidity or bloody mindedness) - so naming it “Backup Media” is impossible. The support article does not give an alternative solution! What can I do in this ludicrous situation?

The support article suggests to reuse the same drive name/letter as the simplest way when upgrading a drive. You can use a total different name… this will require a few more touches in Plex (those are also explained in the support article).
