Moving Metadata from Windows to Unraid version of Plex

Hello.
I am in the process of switching from a Windows Plex server to Unraid Plex server. I watched the excellent YouTube video by Kevin Wanke about moving to Plex on Unraid. I have been able to successfully get Plex & Unraid running on my hardware. However in the video Kevin explains about copying the Plex Media Server folder over from Windows location “\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server” to the “mnt/user/appdata/plex-media-server” folder on Unraid, what isn’t clear is do you need to copy the entire Plex Media Server folder from Windows to Unraid overwriting all the existing folders already there in the folder or is it just some of the folders? I have seen a comment that it is not necessary to copy the Cache folder.

I have a lot of personalised metadata that I have added over time and would like to be able to keep it.

Any advice would be useful.
