Moving over to Dropbox who wants in

Right so as Amazon has been dropped for Plex Cloud and I have 8TB of video files on my ACD, I need another solution…

If 4 people will join me (and pay their share) I’m happy to get a Dropbox for business as I operate through a LTD company in the UK that is VAT registered so can sign up and go through the whole process easily.

If you are keen please PM me and we can go from there.

It shows up as £9.17 in the UK paid annually or £11 if paid monthly

Sounds pretty interesting but I’m just wondering what’s Dropboxes stance on this I’m currently trailing Amazon drive with encrypted content only however I fear they might suspend the account because of higher than usual traffic there are plenty horror stories out there:D

Not sure Amazon don’t seem to have cared in that I’ve setup a VPS and dumped 8TB in over the last 6 weeks whilst also running Plex and playing off it pretty solidly.

Would also be interested in Dropbox generally

So for this you get unlimited storage? If my plex cloud ever works I’ll be interested, just keeps saying unavailable then no libraries followed bu unavailable again!

Yes Unlimited Storage. They say you initially get 1TB but can request increase at any time for free

I’d be open to doing it with Google which is cheaper. (I have my own domain etc so its pretty easy)

Not that I know of, I did use it with my VPS for a short while but quickly filled my 1TB on a Pro account, so moved over to Amazon
