Thank you very much for your help and replies. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plex,TV and Server and disabled Microsoft Defender; I have Vipre which is set up correctly.
When I open the Server (web), the connection is secure and Remote Access enabled. However, when I select Plex.tv, the connection is indirect and Remote Access unable to be set.
Any ideas where to look to fix this.

What is that?
Verify that the network connection is classified by Windows as “private”. It must not be “public”.
If have you both WiFi and Ethernet connections on this machine, disable the WiFi.
Do you have a VPN software on this machine?
Thank you very much for your reply. After going through the settings and changing the connection from public to private, I now have secure connections when in Plex for web and Plex for windows. However, when logging in from plex.tv, the connection is indirect. Remote Access keeps dropping off.
Vipre is an antivirus software and I have disabled Microsoft Defender. I have NordVPN installed, but not turned on.

I am still having problems with indirect connections and hope you can assist.
When I log into Plex.tv I have an indirect connection. The version is Plex Web—General, Version 4.122.0
When I log into the Server , Plex Web—General, Version 4.116.1, the Connection is direct.
When I log into Plex for Windows - General Version 1.85.0.4071-21128b56, the connection is direct.
In all cases the Remote Access drops off.
Your previous advice has been valuable and helpful.
