Moving Plex Metadata from one NAS to another

Server Version#: 1.13.5.5291

Hello,

I have a QNAP TS-451+. For a reason not relevant to this discussion, I need to move my server metadata off of my QNAP temporary so I can wipe my hard drives and then place it back. I have all the media files backed up elsewhere, but I’m having trouble saving all the metadata, etc. I have both putty and WinSCP installed, but I don’t know how to use either one of them. I have a windows computer. I’ve searched the forums and Google for how to do this, but all the answers assume I know what I’m doing with putty or WinSCP or are trying to do something slightly different. Can someone give easy-to-follow step-by-step directions on how best to save all my Plex data? The QNAP folks were of no help. Thank you in advance!

Edit: By metadata, I not only mean “metadata”, but all the library indexing stuff too. Like how I’ve organized everything.
