I have created a music library and all the music is listed by song - artist. I really want them listed by artist - song. i’ve tried reversing the id3 tags but then they all show as artist - artist. is there a way to get Plex to list artist - song ?
Can you provide screenshots? Which app are you talking about?
I’m using the Plex Media Server to stream media to a Roku. The first screen shot is when i have the id3 tags set correctly as artist and title. The second screen shot is when i reverse the tags to put the artist in title and title in artist. I thought that would correct it but it didnt.
Hmm, I thought that list was sorted by the Track number, and nothing else.
I take it this is not an album, but a collection of single tracks from various sources, is that right? You could try editing the Track number ID3 tag and just put them in the order you want. If not, I’m not sure I can help.
