Why am I getting a hard time playing mpeg4 files in my flex account?

mind sharing some more details?

The file that i uploaded in flex is a MPEG-4 movie. It uploads just fine, but when I click it, its a endless buffer and will not play.

I should have been more clear…
how about:

  • which version of the Plex Media Server do you have installed?
  • which client do you use for playback?
  • can you paste the Get Info information from the movie’s pre-play screen?
  • do you have this issue with only that particular mp4 file or with all mp4 files in general?

The answer is btw. 42!

I use my smart tv and ps4 so its the newest versions. and no problem with mp4 files
