Muliple Same Language Subtitles

Some of my video files I can have 3 English subtitles files, 1 labeled English (non-hearing impaired) + 1 labeled forced + 1 labeled SDH (hearing impaired). So I’m familiar the naming protocol of the files to match the video file.
Ex:
Movie File: movie.mkv
Subtitle English #1: movie.eng.srt
Subtitle English #2: movie.eng.forced.srt

My question is there a naming protocol for the file that plex will recognize a 3rd same language file for the hearing impaired.

No, this is unfortunately not possible with “sidecar” subtitles.
You can ‘mux in’ more subtitles if you use a flexible container format like MKV. Although Plex still cannot distinguish several same-language subtitles, so picking the [closed captions] version instead of the [full] version is still a challenge.

I make do by muxing them in in a standardized order.
