What would be wise to do there both need a new account for them both?
What would be best?
As always: it depends.
If they have each their own Plex client device that they will use exclusively,
just have them create a new (free) plex.tv account for each family member.
You then have to share your media with each of their accounts separately.
If they have a device which they will be using together or with different plex accounts, they will have to buy a Plex Pass of their own. They they will have their own Plex Home and can use Fast User Switching.
Of course you could add them into your own Plex Home, but
they will be able to reach your access level if they figure out your 4-digit PIN
In general, it is only advisable to include users into your own Plex Home if they are living in the same household with you.
Oh other question too… is there like a plex watch so you can see people who watching what… maybe a app for the fone
PlexPy
You can setup a myriad of notifications which may also be received by your smart phone.
at times it may be beneficial to have each there own account.
You can for example limit the number of streams for accounts in general over all. like everyone can only stream one thing at a time. but not per account.
Do you want him bugging you about setting restrictions for his little girls account if she makes one. or does she use his and he monitors what she is watching.

Well there not getting acess to my account. I only got him created his own. And then he got invited. Then he tried and to use on his tv and his computer that’s work. But should I make them both make theres separate account for the girl and little girl so there’s both have invite to my pms. Or can there just he’s account. To like do a that switching user tab you told me about but can I still see who watching what if there do that switching user on he’s account I’m guessing he need to be plex pass to do it.or do there need diffnret device and separate account to do this
