multiple users on same device

Hi,

I bought the PlexPass so that I can share all libraries inside my house with the rest of the family, but we use an Android device connected to one of the tvs to use Plex. The problem here is that when I enter the App, it has already my signin account and asks me for a password, but I cannot find any option to switch to another user?
There’s no point for me for using PlexPass right now if all my family will have to use my account. Then no previous watched media, continue watched, etc won’t be personal as it should.

Can yopu please tell me how can I login with a different account without having to logout and login everytime we turn on the tv?

Thanks

All the different user accounts you are planning to use must be members of the same ‘Plex Home’
Since you are the “boss” of that Home, it is you who is logged on initially.
You need to create a 4-digit PIN number on your account for some safety.

Each offcial Plex app has a feature ‘Switch User’ which you use to change the account.

Each official Plex app also has a checkbox named ‘automatic logon’. When it is set, the plex app remembers which user in a ‘Home’ was logged on last time.
You can utilize this, but to protect your children from entering your own level of access you must them think of switching to one of the Kid’s accounts after you have used the device yourself.
If the checkbox is not set, the app shows a menu of all the users of your Home and you must select one of them (and subsequentially provide the 4-digit PIN if there is one set on that particular user.)

Thanks! I didn’t found this option before. I created the users and now I see them when opening Plex Player (however the option doesn’t show when using Plex for Android TV).
The strange thing is that if someone uses Plex for LG TV, they will see all library and mess with the “continue watching” or “watched” lists for the main or owner account.
