I am trying to use the Cloud Sync function … I have converted 10 movies, but have 19 files on the amazon cloud… I believe some of these are bad uploads… is there data in the XML of the movie, that links to the actual file… I am trying to clean up the Amazon folder.
Through your Cloud Sync library, find one of the items that were just synced, hover over it, click on the three dots, and then hit “View XML”.
From there, look for “%3D.mp4” and you’ll find the file name right before that.
Seems this started happening much more since they released Plex Cloud, possibly due to the higher number of people using Amazon for Plex now.
