I would suggest to add the feature to chose for multiple languages as prefered language for audio and subtitles.
i.E. i watch things in German, English and Japanese.
If possible i would like to keep german as prefered audio language with no subtitle as default
If this is not available the next thing would be english subtitle without audio.
If this is not available plex should chose japanese with german subtitles if possible and so on.
So in general this could be done as expert setting since not many users would use it but i could imagine that multilingual people would LOVE this feature.
Also favorable would be to chose a setting when starting a series and then try to keep it among episodes (i.E. for Episode 1 i manually select english audio then i would like plex to autoselect it for Episode 2 and so on currently it is just saving it for each episode.)
