When looking at the console view I get these errors with regards to parsing XML, missing “<”, and a bunch of other tags for XML. Not sure what that is causing, but it shouldn’t be good right? Attached is my log.

Those are usually activities related to network discovery. Plex will talk to systems in your network; some of those devices are using a standardized mechanism to communicate their capabilities/purpose/scope – this information is supposed to be transferred as an XML file. If the information isn’t provided as such, Plex will report this in its logs.
It’s not necessarily a deal breaker. Most of the time you should be fine to proceed without noticing any impact.

Unless you’ve been building your own network equipment and coded how they respond to that kind of requests, I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it.
