Multiple Users Profiles (on a single Plex Account) haven't access to the libraries shared with them

I believe it is by design. There has been a feature suggestion and discussion here:

Allow managed users to have access to shared content

I have a managed user for my child. I'd like to be able to allow that user to see specific shared libraries from my friends who have lots of kid appropriate content.   I don't see this as a problem since a managed user is really just a view into the primary users account and doesn't exist outside the home environment.
