I’m thinking about a smarthome with Multiroom Audio. Are there any features Plex provides to output multiple audio streams from Plex into such a Multiroom Audio system? Analog/Digital?
When playing a movie from Plex on a TV, is there a way to stream the audio directly to the Multiroom system or do you have to eavesdrop the audio output of the TV?

Plex itself has no support whatsoever for multi-room audio.
But nothing prevents you from getting several of these
and combining them into varying ‘listening zones’ using your tablet or mobile phone.
Plex used to have multiroom audio. I had doc’s on it some time ago but lost my way back to them during a move.
