Music artist matching issues

Recently, I’m running into issues adding music artists to Plex. INXS doesn’t come up with anyone. Neither does Aaliyah. Both artists are pretty popular, and I don’t think there should be any confusion with another artist. I checked my advanced setting in the Library, and I’m using Last.FM as my agent. Please advise how to fix, because as an avid user of PlexAmp Library Radio, I know this metadata is key. Thanks!

Stop using the old agent, if you want to make the most out of Plexamp.

Is Plex Music the new agent? I switched to that as agent, and I matched Aaliyah and INXS. I am now refreshing all metadata.
