Music does not play on Windows 10 with Plex App (no sound). Video works great with sound. Plex Web also works fine. Just the app has this issue. Where to go next?

thank you for quick feedback. The post was about the Plex App (from Windows Store) only - all other options are working (such as Media Player). Uninstalling and re-installing the App from the Windows Store has fixed the problem.
