Plex App audio not working

My Windows Desktop Plex App has suddenly stopped producing audio for all of my media files. However, the audio plays just fine on the same computer when accessing Plex via my web browser. The audio also plays just fine on my iOS device using the iOS Plex App. It is only the Windows Desktop Plex App which is giving me issue with hearing audio.

I have tried reinstalling the app, selecting various audio sources, and checking for audio passthrough (not enabled due to Basic configuration). None of these things has resolved my issue. Additionally, I confirmed that this issue persists regardless of the type of audio track being streamed from the server (such as EAC3 5.1 Direct Play or AAC Stereo).
