Music Library and watching order/type

Hi all.

Sorry for this big post and thanks for your attention. I have some troubles visualizing my Music Library and I would like to ask for your support.

My music library is classified as follow:
[Dir name: Artist (Album year) Album name]
|_ File 1 name: #Track 1 - Artist name - Track 1 title.mp3
|_ File 2 name: #Track 2 - Artist name - Track 2 title.mp3
|_ …
|_ File n name: #Track n - Artist name - Track n title.mp3

If album includes more than one disc, the folders structure is:
[Dir name: Artist (Album year) Album name]
|_ [Dir name: CD1]
|_ File 1 name: #Track 1 - Artist name - Track 1 title.mp3
|_ File 2 name: #Track 2 - Artist name - Track 2 title.mp3
|_ …
|_ File n name: #Track n - Artist name - Track n title.mp3
|_ [Dir name: CD2]
|_ File 1 name: #Track 1 - Artist name - Track 1 title.mp3
|_ File 2 name: #Track 2 - Artist name - Track 2 title.mp3
|_ …
|_ File n name: #Track n - Artist name - Track n title.mp3

Album folders are in folders with several names like “Music (Albums)” or “Pending to order” and so on.

Regarding to mp3 metadata, all files are including information about album name, year, artist (also when album is a compilation with several artist inside), track title, disc number, cover, gender, etc…based on ID3 mp3 tags.

The view from Plex App (mobile or smart TV) seems good but porblems appear with albums where (although the name - and main folders - is the same, also into tracks tags) artist names are different. Theis visualuzation is confusing because they are not shown like an unique item (album) but different ones, so I see one item for each track.

Can you help me? Should I change anything in my Plex Server configuration o the Music Library configuration? Is to reorganize folders and filenames the unique solution?

I will try to rebild my Music Library storage as you wrote, although task will be hard for sure.
About Various Artists albums, sorry but it is not clear for me. I could follow your instructions but, should I assume that “Artist” information will be lost for the tracks?
