I did something incredibly stupid a while ago and I’m wondering if someone can help me fix it!
So, I’ve got all my music files on a Synology NAS, which runs my Plex server.
I had a bunch of playlists on Plex and, using Plexamp on my Android phone, I downloaded them through the Downloads function so I had a local copy.
I then did something on my NAS - I think I moved the music files to a new directory or something similar (it was a while ago and I don’t remember what I did exactly, but it was a stupid thing to do).
Whatever it was, my playlists were lost from the server when I did that. The only place these playlists still exist is on my Android phone, where they’re stored locally.
I’d very much like to get them back onto the server and don’t really want to go song by song re-creating them.
Anyone know how I can fix this? Is there a way of exporting a playlist from Plexamp and importing it on the server?
To make things just that little bit more difficult, I use Starlink internet and I can’t get Soundiiz to work (I think it has to do with Starlink using CGNAT).
Would really love some help with this ridiculous situation I’ve created for myself.
