Music playlist shuffle stops playing after 21 songs

Found a thread auto closed discussing this issue, which apparently has been an ongoing topic for a few years. So, playback of a playlist on Android (Note 9 plus) stops after 21 songs. It does not load any more, just stops. Seems pointless to shuffle a play list you can not shuffle the entire list and listen to each song.

Any plans to address this? Seeing this has been going on for at least 4 years… doesn’t seem specific to any Plex application. I am a Plex pass user.
