I open a playlist and select the crossed-arrows icon in upper left of my PC. It then opens a menu on the bottom of my screen, showing a random song (always the same) that was selected from the playlist, then I have to click on the play button to get it to play. It plays this song once and then stops. No other songs play! So irritating! Help please!
Try disabling any web browser add-ons.
