Selected playlist plays only using shuffle; otherwise "unexpected error"

Some playlists work. Others produce “unexpected error” except the playlist can be accessed via shuffle. If another song in cue is selected, Plex goes to that album. W11, QNAP Server. Playlists work as expected on Roku and IOS devices.
