Music stopped working on Sony Bravia TV

So Plex has been working fine on this TV for a while, but recently the music playback has stopped. Everything is there, and I can select a track to play, but it never makes any sound. The timer appears to count up for 3 or 4 seconds, then keeps resetting to zero.

We have another (LG) TV upon which Plex works fine and plays the music no problem. This tends to make me think it is not a server-side thing, but of course, I could be wrong.

Another issue that appeared at the same time, but is merely annoying, is that one of my movie folders no no longer displays the posters on the library screen on the TV, just a grey Plex icon. If the grey icon is selected then the picture appears. No idea if this is connected.

Oops, I forgot to say. I turned on network logging on the TV, then tried to play a track, which failed. This was at 13.03 on 15th December 2019.
