Music tracks in playlist start a few seconds before their end

Server Version#: 1.22.0.4163 on Win server
Player Version#: 7.14 (23007) on Apple TV 4K

Other players showing the same issue:

• Web latest

• Plex Player for Windows latest version

• Plexamp latest

Behaviour appears on all players, often, but I have not found a pattern (sometimes restarting the server fixes it, sometimes not).

And it goes like this :

1. Select a music playlist
2. Click on Shuffle Play

=> Every track starts at the last seconds of itself, skipping to the next track last few seconds…

Note : I am also using the setting “Fade between songs”

Have you experienced it too? If so , how did you fix it?

Edit your music library
go to the Advanced tab
disable “Store track progress”

Only enable this setting in a library which contains audio books, podcasts, radio plays and similar content.
