Music Skips to middle of the song

Hi,
So I’d say this started a few months ago but I had forgot about it and I recently tried to listen to music on my computer through both my server ip and through the web app. Both play music fine but I’d say once every 3 songs that I either skip to the next song or let it auto play to the next song it will skip into a random position of the song.

For example I play one song with shuffle all, it completes the next song will start playing from the beginning just fine.
I let it continue and the next song will skip 1 minute into the song once it starts playing.
It will also happen if I click to skip to the next song it will sometimes jump into the next song somewhere in the middle of it.

It’s very frustrating and doesn’t seem to happen with any of my other plex apps besides the web app.

Anyone have any solution to this problem?

I can confirm the same thing happens to me.

My solution was to use Plexamp.

I used to have that problem. It was fixed by editing the music library, going to advanced, and unchecking “store track progress”.
