Music will play a song and then the next song has no sound. I hit pause, then play and sound returns

how do you play the music? do you use a dedicated client or Plex Web (which browser)?

I’m using the plex app on my phone. I’m not super savvy about all this so I’m not sure what you mean by dedicated client? Sorry about that.

I guess it is a duplicate post. I thought I was posting in 2 different forums. 1 for plex pass users and 1 for everyone to check out. Can everyone check out the forum for plex pass? If not, I’d like to use the focus of that and also the broad reach of the general forum.

By client @tom80H is asking what device are you watching on…or are you viewing through the web browser?

I’m using the Plex app, on Android, on a galaxy note 8. The problem is only when playing music. Playing video works fine.
