I tired to log into my account two weeks ago and it disappeared. I have been a premium member since 2016. I emailed plex multiple times but no response. Has anyone experienced something similar? Have they upgraded their account capability and did migrate users or something?

my Account Disappeared as well , it doesn’t recognize my username/paasword and when i went to change password it allowed me to change but my library seems to be there. but it shows that I’m not a plex pass member and all my friends are gone
