i cannot log into my plex account or forums with my c.bonifacio@yourtechnogeeks.com or my username yourtechnogeeks i am plex pass user and i have been well over 5+ years any one else can log into there account on my server but i cant log into my main account can someone tell me why? i purchase my lifetime subscription well over 5 years ago
Your username and email were changed back on October 8th. Check your email, we sent you a message with the new email. If you did not make this change, please write to the billing department using our contact page at https://www.plex.tv/contact/. They can help you get it changed.
