My Android TV doesn’t support google play. How can I install the latest experience version?
There isn’t an android tv version of the new app yet. When they do release one you’ll have to sideboard the apk.

No-one knows. They’re probably still focused on fixing all the bugs from the public release of the mobile app
Just curious but why? Why do you want that version that takes away features?
