My Cloud EX2 stopped launch PLEX automatically, but from Command Line Runs OK

Many days ago, my PLEX stopped responding, in addition to that, when the NAS is restarted, the service no longer starts automatically, and even from the NAS administration interface when the service seems started, it hangs when trying to stop it.

But on the other hand, when starting it from the command line:

cd "/mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plexmediaserver/binaries"
./Plex\ Media\ Server

The service returns to normal operation, but never from the NAS interface nor automatically when the device is rebooted, only starts from command line.

Any ideas on how this issue could be fixed?
