Localization is done on https://www.getlocalization.com/plexweb/
This project covers PMP, all the smart tv apps and Plex Web.
So create an account there and put your vote on the already existing translations. If you feel, a proper translation doesn’t exist, provide a better one.

Just keep in mind that this website doesn’t provide a context information. You don’t know where a certain string appears. Which is the main source of the sometimes weird translations that are currently in the PMP.

Also keep in mind that the translations on that website don’t directly affect PMP. They are just “grabbed” in rather big time intervals and integrated.

thanks, OttoKerner. I’ve created an account there, but there isn’t a localization project for PMP (only PMS, Android, iOS, web, PHT and plex_tv (don’t know what this last one should be). So I’ll have to wait until a PMP project is opened, I guess?

My link points to the right project already

ok, thanks … still wondering, as some terms are missing …

The development of PMP is rapidly progressing.
If a new feature or settings is introduced, the associated string is not automatically added to the localization project for translation. It may take some days for it to arrive. Some may never arrive because not every feature will make it into the final version of PMP.

ok … so just for clarifying things for me: the plexweb project is just for localizing PMP … or other apps, too?

as I mentioned above: all the new Smart TV Plex apps (except Samsung Smarthub) + Plex Web + PMP
They all share a common code base for the user interface.

oh, I’m sorry … thank you, OttoKerner!

This is not solved yet, correct?

At Altersfreigabe I have 9.6 or 3.2 and with Inhalsbewertung I get R or PG-13

completely different issue.

At Altersfreigabe I have 9.6 or 3.2 and with Inhalsbewertung I get R or PG-13

This is already rectified in the translation project. But translated strings get pulled less frequently into new releases.

@OttoKerner
Im sorry, but there are still some translations that needs to be done (mark as played = “Als gesehen markieren”), but the project on https://www.transifex.com/plex-1/plex-media-server/ mentions, that no strings are left to be translated. Even if we would like to help to translate, it doesn’t seem easy.
