My email address used to create my Plex Account has benn hacked ! Help

Hi i have a big problem: my email address used to create my Plex Account has been hacked and i have no more access to read any email.
i am in an awkward situation; in my plex server i access with autolog and i don’t remenber the password, but if i request password reset the request go to hacked mail, but i can’t change my email address because i dont remeber pw and i can’t delete my account for the same reason.
Any moderator who can help me please !!!
