kernel: [11665.382654] traps: Plex Media Serv[16493] general protection ip:9700ee sp:7f9b7e7fa090 error:0 in Plex Media Server[94b000+d5a000]

You turned off DEBUG logging (amount of space used is the same).
Please turn DEBUG on again (the default). Keep VERBOSE off (also the default).

Thanks for the dmp but without knowing what it was trying to do, the dmp is of little help. I only see where, not why. Sorry.

here is the debug log of the crash
Plex Media Server Logs_2019-12-16_06-36-48.zip (4.9 MB)

The crash report uploaded so there’s nothing for me to look at and there is no record of what it was doing at time of crash. If the DMP file were in Crash Reports, I could look at it but uploading deletes it after successful upload.

In the future, please keep VERBOSE off as I had requested.

the most recent post is of a crash that just happened with verbose debug logging

bump?

Will you turn VERBOSE off and then give me the next crash report (if available) and logs please?

Also, I get every post notification. “Bump” is not necessary

ok i will do that
