My Plex Pass benefits aren't available on my TV

I have the lifetime plex pass, and have logged in on my TV and the options to auto skip intros/outros and other plex pass benefits aren’t available. It shows the plex pass ticket and is greyed out. How do I fix this? I’ve had plex pass for 3 years now.

Which version of the Plex app do you have installed on your TV – and do you experience this across different TVs or just one (you’ve tagged your post as relating to Apple TV, Android TV and “smart tv”)?!

Anything in your network that might be blocking the Plex apps from talking to Plex’s backend, authenticating you / confirming your Plex Pass membership?

I’m not sure, but it’s nearly every TV I use,. And I don’t think so? I just have regular internet. I don’t do anything but plug in the router.

Do you have multiple Plex accts? If so, are you logging in with the one that has the Plex pass?

No it’s the same account.
